Valentine Project!




I found this on the Michaels site and it was very easy to make!
Pretty cute too!

Red Craft Foam Sheet
Assorted Craft Foam Hearts, self-adhesive (1 package)
Narrow Red Checked Ribbon
Red Chenille Stem
Black Permanent Marker
Hold The Foam Glue
Scissors
Ruler
Cost of each project will vary depending on materials used.
Due to the seasonal nature of some merchandise, actual availability of some products pictured may vary.

Cut red foam into a 3-inch x 5-inch strip to make bookmark.

Glue ribbon along the outer edge of the bookmark as shown.

Remove paper backing from the foam hearts and place them on the bookmark, layering some as shown.

Use the permanent marker to personalize some hearts as desired

Cut a 3-inch length of chenille stem. Remove backing from a large foam heart and fold it around one end of the chenille stem to create a mouse head. Cut one of the smallest foam hearts in half to create ears. Place them on the sides of the head. Use the marker to draw eyes and whiskers as shown.

Glue the chenille stem to the back of the bookmark.
Tip:
Use photo as a guide and follow manufacturer's instructions for all products used.
Ask an adult for help when using the scissors.
