Joining in Book Blogger Hop at Crazy for Books. This weeks question is...

When a book goes “viral” (Hunger Games, Fifty Shades, Twilight), do you rush out to read it like everyone else, even if it’s not in your typical genre?

The answer to this one would be in most cases yes. I work at a library and I feel that I have to keep up on
what is popular and why it is popular. I am also naturally curious and want to keep up with all the book
gossip at my book club.

If I would work in a library my answer would be different. I would read everything I could get my hands on.

Thanks for stopping by :) Have a great weekend!

Working in a library I can see definitely keeping up with the hype, you have it to ways at work and the blog.

Makes sense that a librarian or bookseller would be reading more of the hyped up stuff than just your average bookworm. For me, it just depends. If a viral book sounds good (and not X-rated), I'll read it. If not, I won't.

Glad to have found you via the Hop!

I think it would be bad if you didn't keep up with the hype as a librarian :) Great answer!

Check out my post.
