Recent Review:
House calls and Hitching Posts was a very interesting and
sweet memoir of a family doctor serving an Ohio Amish
Community. He delivered over six thousand babies and
made house calls in buggy and jeep to the Amish.
A wonderful doctor and very caring man shares his
story of life among the Amish during his very long
and successful career. I have always been interested in
the life of the Amish and this book painted a very truthful
picture.
I would give it a four out of five.
