Well I am off to take my kids to college. First year for both of them to be
out on their own. My son did his first two years at the local junior college
on an A+ Scholarship. Now he is going to finish up his degree in Springfield
Missouri at Missouri State. He is working towards and Acounting degree.
My daughter is starting her freshman year at Truman University in Kirksville
Missouri. I am very proud of both of them but will miss them both very much.
Packing lot's of kleenex for the trip back home.

Oh...I understand, although my daughter live at home while attending the local college. But when she got married last year...sniff! She is missed! Happy weekend...Debbie
I sure hope that you are doing okay with your babies at school.
It is sad and happy at the same time, isn't it?
Thanks for the nice comments.
Hi Joy,
My daughter is barely going into the 9th grade and I'm already dreading her leaving for college. I can only imagine how you must be feeling. Be strong. Wishing you and your kids all the best on your new journey. Thank you for sharing. Oh! And thank you so much for your lovely comment and for become a follower. Hope you enjoyed your visit and hope you come and visit again real soon.

Best of luck to everyone...mom and kids!
Stay Cozy,
Carrie
My 'kids' are way older than yours & I still hate the empty nest syndrome & their leaving after popping over. It is a never-let-them-go-kleenex-time, always.
May your children be safe & have a good time in their new lives. TTFN ~ Marydon
Wow, two in college at once...neat. Bet the house got really silent at all at once!
