Well here we are 18 days until Christmas. Have you had snow where you live yet? Not here in St. Louis yet, well except for a few flakes. I thought it would be a great pick for Blue Monday at Smiling Sallys blog to share one of my desktop wallpapers with you from Webshots.

I love the blue shades in this picture and since I could download it free it called
my name. I am also a big fan of snowmen!

Another meme that I participate on Mondays, is at Sheila's blog,Book Journey and
What are you reading? This week I am reading two christmas books. One for book club
on audio, Fannie Flagg's Red Bird Christmas and the other is by Sherryl Woods. I have the info for it linked below.
Can't wait to see what the others have picked out for this weeks post.

From Booklist
Now that their five children are all grown, Mick and Megan O’Brien have been slowly reconciling their differences and moving toward remarriage. But while Mick has changed in many important respects, Megan worries that his ingrained take-charge personality will be an issue; she is unwilling to abandon her independence until everything falls perfectly into place and all five of her children approve. Connor, especially, hides his hurt behind an insouciant facade; and when the O’Briens discover that he’s also been hiding his longtime girlfriend and their nine-month-old baby from them, Mick loses his temper and jeopardizes his final chance at happiness. Woods continues her popular and heartwarming Chesapeake Shores contemporary romance series with a holiday-themed second-chance romance for the elder O’Briens, while updating her readers on their children and paving the way for Connor, his sister Jess, and good friends Susie and Mack to find their own true loves in her upcoming trilogy. --Lynne Welch

Based on the speech pattern of the snowmen, it'll be a...silent night. But nice! :)
