Christmas Village

Smiling Sally's - Blue Monday Meme

Well I have a little bit of Thanksgiving and a little bit of
Thanksgiving to share with you all today.
Since I am having my very large family over
on Christmas Day I have decided to start decorating a little
bit each day. One problem with that is I have a lot of
boxes out right now.
Good news is I am just having my immediate family
for Thanksgiving this year and they don't mind a few boxes here
and there.
My Grand daughter Lily loves the Precious Moments
Christmas Village. But I keep finidng "Frozen" characters
in the Village..hahaha. That is o.k. she is just enjoying herself.
Now I just have to keep the cats off of it!

Hello Joy,

It's fun to celebrate Christmas!

I spotted that blue vase in the last photo. Thanks for playing today.

Happy Blue Monday!

I know you are having a wonderful time taking out your decorations and beginning to put them out and about. You house will be beautiful when you finish. Like the little town.

It is cute that you have a little helper with her own "decorating" ideas! I'm going to start my decorating the day after Thanksgiving.

Hello Joy, Thank you for your visit and sweet comment today. I was gone for so long and I missed blogging. It is so good to be home two weeks from France before the terrible attack. We did fly home from Paris.
We did not visit Paris because I felt it was full of unrest. How sad that my fears came true.

I do not blame you for starting your Christmas decorating early. I am doing the same thing. We have an annual Christmas Party for 35 plus people every year and we will be gone for Thanksgiving. And do I have boxes. It takes me a week to decorate at least. I had to laugh about finding little 'Frozen people' in your display. You gotta love it!

Happy Blue Monday,
xo,
Jeanne

That sounds like a good idea. Since we're not having any company next week, I may do a little early decorating too! Sweet hugs, Diane

I do not decorate anymore. Usually go to my sons and they decorate and cook. I have had my days. Christmas seems to come around faster each year.

I am starting early also so I can enjoy it, seems like if I decorate week after Thanksgiving and my family only come one day I don't get to show off all my vintage goodies.
Downstairs in my studio I leave my Christmas Santa's & shiny brites in a cabinet year around
